Ashley McHugh

Ashley McHugh has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Ashley is currently working as the Human Resources Director at Waga Energy since October 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Human Resources at LTK Engineering Services, Inc. (Acquired by Hatch) within Hatch from January 2017 to October 2022. Ashley has also worked as the Human Resources Manager at Timothy Haahs & Associates, Inc. from February 2008 to January 2017, and at Integrated Project Services from July 2006 to January 2008. Earlier in their career, they held the position of Human Resources Manager for Almac Clinical Technologies at Almac Group from November 2005 to July 2006. Ashley also worked at Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission as the Human Resources Coordinator & Human Resources Manager from September 2000 to October 2005. Additionally, they have experience as a Child Administrative Case Manager at Crozer Keystone Health System, Community Hospital from November 1999 to September 2000, and as an Office Assistant at Packaging Research International, Inc. from 1995 to 1999.

Ashley McHugh received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Ashley then pursued their Master's of Science degree in Human Resource Development at Villanova University from 2000 to 2002.
