William Labanowski

William Labanowski began their career in 2014 as a Software Development Engineer Intern at Amazon. William then moved to HapBack in the same year, taking on the role of Co-Founder & CEO. In 2015, they returned to Amazon, taking on the roles of Software Development Manager, Technical Program Manager, and Software Development Engineer. In 2019, they founded and became CEO of WagerLab, a betting-focused gamification platform.

William Labanowski attended The Kinkaid School from 1997 to 2011. William then attended The University of Texas at Austin from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a minor in Business Management, as well as a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Computer Science.
