Andrew Alleman

Andrew Alleman, P.E. is a Project Manager at Waggoner Engineering, with a strong background in water and wastewater engineering. Previously, Andrew held project management roles at Manchac Consulting Group, Inc. and Jacobs, where responsibilities included managing multimillion-dollar contracts for sewer maintenance and rehabilitation, performing investigations to reduce sanitary sewer overflows, and overseeing complex engineering designs for sewer systems. In earlier positions at CH2M and Texas Tech University, Andrew contributed to hydraulic modeling, environmental research, and water treatment projects, showcasing expertise in both fieldwork and data analysis. Andrew holds a Master’s Degree in Environmental Engineering from Texas Tech University and has developed various sustainability initiatives throughout career history.
