Rebecca Fattell

Rebecca Fattell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic operations and business management. Currently serving as the Director of Strategic Operations at Wagmo since October 2025, Rebecca previously held the position of Director of Business Operations & Strategy at Sourcemap from August 2022 to October 2025, where duties included acting as Chief of Staff to the CEO. Additional roles include teaching marketing strategy at Columbia Business School and an impactful internship at Emerald Energy, where critical analyses of clean energy solutions and financial models were developed. With a background in the art industry, Rebecca has contributed to significant auctions and business acquisitions at both Bonhams and Sotheby’s. Rebecca holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and is currently pursuing a Certificate of Professional Achievement in Sustainability Analytics from Columbia University.
