David Martin

David Martin currently serves as Chief of Staff at Wagner College, a position held since July 2003. Prior to this role, David Martin spent nearly 28 years in the U.S. Coast Guard, achieving the rank of Captain before retirement in April 2015. David Martin's academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Law Studies from James Madison University, and a master's certificate in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management from American Military University.
