Janell Stanton

Janell Stanton has a diverse work experience, starting as an Attorney at Stanton Law Firm in November 2012 and then working as an Associate Project Manager and Reference Attorney at Thomson Reuters from May 2013 to July 2015. Janell later joined Wagner, Falconer, & Judd, Ltd. in July 2015, where they served as a Senior Associate Attorney and Head of the Employment Law Group. In August 2019, they became a Member of the Board of Directors at Smile Network International. Janell currently works as an Associate Attorney at Felhaber Larson, specializing in management-side labor and employment law and employment litigation.

Janell Stanton completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology with a focus on Law, Crime, and Deviance from the University of Minnesota, which they attended from 2003 to 2007. Afterwards, they pursued their higher education at The University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law, where they earned their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from 2009 to 2012.
