Steven Chavez

Steven Chavez is an accomplished attorney with extensive expertise in multi-national transactional legal practice, currently working at Wagner, Falconer, & Judd, Ltd. Since April 2021, Steven has represented Fortune 500 and mid-cap corporate clients in diverse industries, focusing on ethics, compliance, corporate governance, and strategic planning. Prior to this role, Steven served as a consulting attorney from 2008 to 2021 and achieved significant milestones, including negotiating multi-billion dollar contracts. Steven's previous experience includes serving as a Council Member for the Metropolitan Council, managing public advocacy at Integrated Governance Solutions, and holding senior legal positions at MoneyGram International and ADC Telecommunications.
