Charles Norz

Charles Norz has over three decades of experience in product management and marketing within the industrial automation sector. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management for Automation Excellence Americas at WAGO Corporation since July 2009, Charles oversees the entirety of product management for industrial automation controllers, distributive I/O, HMIs, and network accessories. Prior to joining WAGO, Charles held roles at Rockwell Automation from 1998 to 2009, where responsibilities included global marketing operations for the oil and gas industry and developing business strategies. Charles began a career in engineering at Hartel, working there from 1985 to 1996, and holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
