Phill Dalager

Phill Dalager is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in automation and industrial technology. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at WAGO Corporation since March 2015, Phill has previously held roles as Sales Engineer at Automation, Inc. and Sr. Sales Engineer at Cognex Corp, where responsibilities included OEM sales and various management positions. With a strong background across multiple markets including semiconductor, food and beverage, and automotive, Phill has received numerous accolades such as four-time Presidents Club and five-time Quota Club honors, alongside recognition as OEM Sales Engineer of the Year for two years. Early career highlights include managing a branch at Keyence Corp of America and outside sales engineering at Lakeland Engineering Co. Phill's educational background includes degrees in Electrical Engineering and Communications from North Dakota State University and North Dakota State College of Science, respectively, as well as prior service in the US Army focusing on telecommunications.
