Gemma Glasson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the food and commercial sectors, currently serving as Managing Director at Wahaca since November 2017. Prior positions at Wahaca include Chief Operating Officer, Head of Food & Commercial, and Commercial and Project Manager. Prior to joining Wahaca, Gemma worked at KPMG UK as a Manager and Assistant Manager from May 2014 to November 2017, and at EY as a Senior Consultant from February 2010 to March 2014, where involvement in the Corporate Finance team focused on transaction advisory services provided valuable insights to various industries, especially government, resources, and mining services. Educational qualifications include a Graduate Diploma of Chartered Accounting from Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and dual Bachelor degrees in Laws (Honours) and Commerce (BCom) from The University of Queensland.
