Idham Edryzal has diverse work experience in various industries. Idham started their career as a Sales Representative at HustlerMY Enterprise under MD GLOBAL Partnership in 2020. In 2021, they briefly worked as a Sorter at Lazada Logistics Malaysia. Idham then joined Wahed as a Client Experience Specialist, where they assisted clients with various tasks such as signing up new clients, resolving product and transaction issues, and addressing inquiries and complaints. Idham was later promoted to the position of Senior Client Experience Specialist at Wahed, where they reviewed and enhanced the Standard Operating Procedure, collaborated with other departments to provide excellent client support, and proactively resolved complex inquiries. Continuing their education, Idham obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a specialization in Business/Managerial Economics from Universiti Teknologi MARA from 2018 to 2021.
