Syed Ahmed

Syed Ahmed has a diverse work experience starting from their role as an Admin Officer at the University of Nottingham Students' Union in 2017. Syed then joined GoCardless in 2019, where they worked in various roles, including Customer Support Advocate, Payment Operations Analyst, Senior Payment Operations Analyst, and Supervisor of Payment Operations. In 2021, Syed moved on to Modulr as a Product Manager, focusing on Payments and API. In 2022, they joined Cosuno as a Product Operations Manager before transitioning to Wahed as the Banking Operations Lead - Global. Currently, Syed holds the position of Head of UK at Wahed.

Syed Ahmed pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and International Relations from the University of Nottingham from 2014 to 2018. In 2022, they enrolled at Q-Iman, where they are currently studying Arabic and Islamic Sciences.
