Steve Dorsey

Steve Dorsey is an experienced bar manager and mixologist with a diverse background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Bar Manager and Bartender at Wahoo's Fish Taco since March 2021, Steve also manages at Horizon Event Solutions since September 2019. Previous roles include Bartender at OYO Hotel & Casino Las Vegas from March 2020 to March 2023 and Mixologist at Clique Hospitality from May 2018 to June 2019, where responsibilities included operations at Camden Cocktail Lounge and High Limit Bar. Early career positions include Beverage Manager at Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino, Mixologist at The Venetian® I The Palazzo®, Resort Hotel & Casino, Flair Bartender/Mixologist at The Rio All Suites Hotel & Casino, and Corporate Trainer at Kahunaville. Steve holds an Associate's degree in Radio and Television from Onondaga Community College and studied at the State University of New York College at Oswego.
