Chang Kam Chuen joined the Group in May 1997 and is now an executive director and the Company Secretary of Build King. He is a fellow member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, UK. He has over 30 years of experience in the accounting profession and financial management. Mr. Chang is responsible for the finance, human resources, information technology, administration, and secretarial departments of Build King.
