Pete Wallis

Pete Wallis is an experienced Project Development Manager MCIAT at Wain Homes, with a career spanning over two decades in the construction and design sectors. Since February 2022, Pete has been responsible for overseeing project development, building on previous roles such as Design Manager at Midas Construction and Design & Quality Co-ordinator at Gilbert and Goode, where responsibilities included quality control and technical support through all phases of residential housing projects. Prior to these positions, Pete served as Works Co-ordinator (Projects) MCIAT at Ocean Services, providing support in quality control and architectural detailing. Pete holds an HNC in Building Studies from The Cornwall College Group and completed O levels and CSEs at Newquay Tretherras.
