Marisa Sandora Carr is an experienced educator and writer with a diverse portfolio in both teaching and freelance writing. Currently serving as an English Teacher at Passaic County Technical Institute and an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University, Marisa specializes in English, Creative Writing, and Journalism. In addition to teaching, Marisa works as a College Essay Consultant, helping students excel in their college applications. Marisa contributes to several publications as a writer and previously held editorial positions at Bauer Publishing and Wainscot Media, overseeing the launch of multiple magazines. Educational background includes a BS in Journalism from Northwestern University and an MA in Teaching from Montclair State University.
