Ceilidh Dunphy

Ceilidh Dunphy is currently the Waipuna BOLD Project Lead at Waipuna Hospice Incorporated, leading a strategic initiative to enhance awareness and support for end-of-life care since August 2025. Previously, Ceilidh served as Community Relations Manager at Tauranga City Council from October 2020 to August 2025, focusing on communications and engagement. Additional experience includes roles such as Manager of Strategic Projects at the Department for International Trade (DIT), Media and Stakeholder Engagement Lead at the New Zealand Ministry of Foreign Affairs & Trade, and Public Diplomacy Manager. Ceilidh has also held positions as Strategy and Improvement Officer at the London Borough of Camden, Tour Manager at Contiki Holidays, and Researcher/Executive Assistant at the New Zealand Parliament. Ceilidh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Victoria University of Wellington.
