Purushottam Shukla is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in IT operations and service delivery. Currently, Purushottam serves as the Associate General Manager (Specialist) at WAISL Limited, overseeing IT operations at Delhi International Airport since August 2020. Prior to this role, Purushottam held the position of Associate General Manager-IT at GMR Group, where significant contributions were made to elevate Delhi Airport to the top rank globally by 2014 through operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Earlier experience includes managing fault repair and installation for Bharti Airtel Telemedia Services as Zonal Head for South Delhi, and leading broadband and telephone service teams at Bharti Airtel Limited. Purushottam began the career as Project In Charge at Punj Lloyd Ltd, managing complex telecommunications projects across multiple regions. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communications from AIMT, achieved between 2001 and 2005.
