Ilya Smolienko

Illia Smoliienko has extensive experience in technology and leadership roles, currently serving as CEO Europe at Waites since August 2016, where responsibilities also include overseeing European operations and leading senior teams. Prior to this, Illia held the position of Senior Team Lead and Senior Full Stack Engineer at CanDo from March 2010 to August 2016. Additional experience includes freelance full stack development from June 2009 to May 2011 and working as a Junior PHP Developer at Postindustria from February 2007 to June 2009. Illia holds a Master's degree in Networks and Computing Systems from Kherson National Technical University, attained between 2007 and 2011.
