Manager, Customer Planning & Strategy

Hazel White has over two decades of experience in brand management and customer strategy, currently serving as Manager of Customer Planning & Strategy at Waitrose since March 2014. Prior to this role, Hazel held significant positions at Marks and Spencer from June 2004 to March 2014, including Head of Brand for the Food sector and Marketing Manager across various categories. Earlier experience includes brand and product management for Neutrogena at Johnson & Johnson UK and roles in the Graduate Management Program at Boots UK, where involvement spanned several flagship brands. Initial industry experience began with an internship at British Airways in New York, linked to the Mountbatten Program. Hazel holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree from Strathclyde Law School, completed in 1997.
