Helen Carroll

Helen Carroll is an experienced professional in brand and customer experience, currently serving as the Head of Brand and Customer Experience at Waitrose & Partners since October 2023. Previously, Helen held various leadership roles at Co-op from February 2007 to October 2023, including Head of Community Strategy and Engagement, Head of Brand Communications, Senior Propositions Manager, and Senior Brand Manager. Additionally, from March 2017 to January 2021, Helen worked at The Co-operative Group as Director of Community Strategy and Activation and Director of Co-op Brand. Helen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature from the University of Leicester, earned between 1994 and 1997.
