James Turner has extensive experience in creative leadership roles. James started their career as a Designer at Annabel Jones, where they worked on various design projects. James then moved on to Oka Direct, where they served as a Designer/Manager and played a key role in the company's growth. After that, they joined Harvey Nichols as the Group Design Manager, where they transformed the focus of the design team and collaborated successfully with various departments. At Sony, James served as the Art/Creative Director, Europe, and repositioned the Communication Design team, delivering award-winning campaigns and global brand development. James later joined Joseph Joseph Ltd as the Director of Creative Communications, where they were responsible for global creative communication design and implemented a multichannel launch approach. Following this, they became the Creative Director at Moonpig, leading the complete rebrand of the business. James'smost recent role is Creative Lead at Waitrose & Partners, where they are part of the in-house Creative & Content Team and responsible for concept design and creative direction. Throughout their career, James has consistently achieved success and received multiple awards for their work.

James Turner completed a Level 7 Award in Strategic Leadership from Imperial College London in 2023. James previously obtained a BA Honours degree in Graphic Design from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and Swansea Metropolitan University in 1999. Additionally, they pursued a degree in Graphic Design specifically from Swansea Metropolitan University during the same period.
