Rachel Aldridge

Rachel Aldridge is an experienced buyer in the retail sector, currently serving as the Lead Buyer for Frozen at Waitrose & Partners since July 2023. Prior to this role, Rachel held various buyer positions at Waitrose, including Seasonal Bakery Buyer and Tabletop and Utility Buyer, contributing to the Dining, Eat, and Drink categories from January 2011 to May 2021. Earlier in the career, Rachel worked as an Assistant Buyer for Beauty and Bedding at Marks and Spencer and as a Buying Assistant for Furniture at Home Retail Group PLC. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and Finance from The University of Sheffield, completed in 2006.
