Jennifer Danyluk

Jennifer joined Waiward in 2022 and currently holds the role of Chief Financial Officer. As a member of the Executive leadership team, she supports the entire organization regarding fiscal responsibility, with a heavy focus on risk analysis and mitigation to strategically advance the organization’s objectives.

She has over 25 years of experience in accounting/finance, operations and business development/management, and logistics and has strong business acumen in developing strategic and operational plans and budgets. She has diverse interactive management and leadership background with successful experience in all facets of revenue growth, including developing strategies, initiatives and policy recommendations supporting business development and operations.

Her extensive experience in developing and implementing complex infrastructure initiatives extends to leadership in full-scale operations analysis and developing creative strategies to optimize available resources. She has proven success in increasing efficiency, optimizing staff productivity, and reversing under-performing operations. She has the ability to deliver operational ready solutions with technical consistency and effectiveness, as well as the resource integration skills to ensure the integrity, dependability, and quality of project deliverables. Jennifer has the ability to synthesize visions, build consensus and create effective results. She believes the backbone of a successful company is communication and teamwork.

Jennifer attained her CPA/CGA designation from the Certified General Accountants’ Association of Alberta, holds a Bachelor of General Studies and has completed various career and industry-related courses over the last two decades.

Waiward Steel Fabricators Ltd. is an Alberta based steel fabricating company with a history of over 30 years in the fabrication and installation of structural and misc. steel, platework, conveying systems, bridge girders, material handling equipment, piperacks. Won 1992 CISC Award for most effect and complex use of structural steel on the Edmonton City Hall project. Won 1999 StruCad Detailing award for most complex overall design for North America.
