Irene Stretton

Irene Stretton, BCom, CHRL has extensive experience in human resources, starting as the Manager of Pensions & Benefits at Labatt Breweries of Canada in 2004. Irene then moved to Wajax in 2010, where they progressed from Director of Human Resources to Director of Total Rewards, and eventually, Vice President of HR. In their roles at Wajax, they managed various HR functions, including benefits, pensions, acquisitions, pay equity programs, and recruitment management systems. Irene's experience includes leading a team of HR professionals and overseeing the HR function for a large Canadian industrial products and services company with 2,800 employees.

Irene Stretton earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Ryerson University in 1991. In 2004, they became a Certified Human Resources Leader through the HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association.
