Nienke Castelein is an experienced HR professional and consultant with a diverse background in human resources management, coaching, and training. Currently serving as Manager HR at Wajer Yachts since January 2023, Nienke has also been a gecertificeerd consultant and trainer at Management Drives since June 2017, focusing on organizational goal achievement and team collaboration. Nienke previously held roles such as Senior HR Business Partner at Huhtamaki and HR Business Partner at Aegon Nederland, providing strategic HR policy development and advising on various organizational levels. Earlier career experiences include positions at Randstad in various HR capacities and project coordination in labor market integration. Nienke holds multiple certifications in HR, behavioral change, and management, along with a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Groningen.
