Tom van de Ven

Tom van de Ven possesses a diverse range of experience in management and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as Area Manager France and Operations Manager for Cannes/Monaco at Wajer Yachts since April 2022, Tom also held roles such as a trainee care and captain within the same company. Prior experience includes a tenure as Team Supervisor at Albert Heijn from January 2014 to October 2022, and a brief stint as Graduate Intern at KLM Cargo in 2021. Tom was instrumental in organizing the 16th Aviation Management Conference during the Honours Programme Aviation Management, collaborating with peers to successfully host the event online due to COVID-19 restrictions. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in International Business & Management from Northumbria University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management (Operations) from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and secondary education in Nature & Technology from 2College Durendael.
