Rupert H.

Rupert H. is currently serving as the Country Manager Nordics at Wakam since January 2023, after holding the position of Senior Business Development Manager for multiple regions including DACH, BENELUX, Nordics, and CEE. Prior to Wakam, Rupert H. was a Lecturer in Business Valuation at Hochschule Emden/Leer from October 2019 to January 2023. Rupert H. has extensive experience in the insurance sector, having worked at Talanx in various roles, including Property Underwriting Global Risk and Strategy and Business Development P&C. Additionally, experience in treaty underwriting and financial accounting was gained at Hannover Re, and earlier professional exposure includes a role in Business Strategy and M&A Support during a tenure at Airbus Defence and Space. Rupert H. holds a Master of Arts in International Studies in Economics and Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in International Degree Course of Economics, supplemented by a certification as a Geprüfter Fachmann für Versicherungsvermittlung.
