Laura Hassel

Laura Hassel is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic marketing and community management. Currently, as Head of Marketing at Wakaru Oy since September 2016, Laura oversees marketing strategies and activities for multiple platforms, including Oppia.fi and Wave Customer Service Network. Previously, Laura held various roles at Wave - Wakaru asiakaspalveluverkosto, where responsibilities included marketing management, event coordination, and online marketing development from 2007 to 2016. Prior experience includes sales and administrative roles at Vehemar Oy, research assistance at Laurea University of Applied Sciences, and early work in customer service at McDonald's Finland. Laura holds a Master's degree in Service Design from Laurea University of Applied Sciences and has completed several specialized education programs in service design and business management.
