Darrell Burton

Darrell Burton is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) focused on Child and Family from Fayetteville State University, earned between 2005 and 2007. Burton has experience as a School Social Worker within the Wake County Public School System and previously served as a Social Worker III at C.A. Dillon Youth Development Center in the North Carolina Department of Juvenile Justice from January 2005 to August 2007. In that role, Burton provided case management and facilitated the transition of students to their homes during post-release supervision from maximum security juvenile prison, while also attending school-related and treatment team meetings both within the facility and in the community.
