Karen Civitello

Karen Civitello is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, project management, and sports coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Red Nucleus since August 2024, Karen has been deeply involved in the Wake County Public School System since May 2018, holding positions as Head Cheerleading Coach, Head Dance Team Coach, and Educator. Previously, Karen worked as a Learning Producer at Versado Training from November 2019 to July 2024, where responsibility included leading teams to achieve common goals in custom learning solutions. Karen's career also includes a role as a Sales Representative for Varsity Brands from January 2014 to November 2019, providing tailored cheer and dance apparel services, and teaching at Wake County Public Schools from 2005 to June 2013. Karen holds a BA in Elementary Education from Rowan University, earned from 2002 to 2005.
