Opioid Settlement Program Manager at Wake County

Alyssa Kitlas is currently serving as the Opioid Settlement Program Manager for Wake County, overseeing the development, administration, budget, grant management, and reporting for the Opioid Settlement Program since October 2023. Previously, Alyssa held the position of State Opioid Coordinator at the NC Department of Health and Human Services, coordinating efforts to address the overdose crisis and implementing the NC Opioid and Substance Use Action Plan.
