Angela Williams

Angela Williams, CEBS, NCCP, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Service Center Manager at Wake County since September 2022. Prior to this role, Angela worked as a Senior Benefits Specialist at the NC Administrative Office of the Courts from May 2019 to September 2022, where responsibilities included estimating retirement benefits and counseling participants in various state retirement plans, as well as promoting health and welfare benefits in partnership with relevant administrators. Angela's earlier experience includes multiple roles at the NC Department of State Treasurer from September 2011 to May 2019, such as Program Supervisor for Disability and Refunds Processing and Retirement Benefits Counselor. Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
