Justin Milstein

Justin Milstein, LSS, REHS, AOWE, is an accomplished soil scientist and environmental health professional with a robust background in on-site wastewater management and soil science. Currently the owner of Triangle Soil Consulting, PLLC, since July 2023, Justin has served as an Environmental Health Program Manager for Wake County since December 2018, overseeing wastewater system design and soil suitability assessments. Previous roles include positions at Mitchell Environmental, P.A., Durham County Government, and Timmons Group, where Justin conducted comprehensive soil evaluations and wastewater permitting. With a Master of Soil Science from North Carolina State University, Justin combines practical experience with academic expertise to address complex environmental challenges.
