Nicole Massenburg

Nicole Massenburg, MBA, has extensive experience in economic services, currently serving as an Economic Benefits Trainer and Eligibility Team Lead at Wake County since January 2015. In these roles, Nicole leads and reviews the work of staff and trainees, providing on-the-job training and support while ensuring that policies and procedures are understood and followed. Previously, Nicole worked as an Economic Services Case Manager and Mentor and held positions as a Loan Servicing Specialist at SECU and Solutions Specialist at Total Outsourced Systems. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from North Carolina Central University and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management at Strayer University.
