Petra Hager

Petra Hager is an experienced Regional Center Director at Wake County since February 2006, responsible for planning and overseeing a comprehensive regional service delivery system encompassing various Human Services programs and organizations. Prior to this role, Petra served as a Program Specialist with Wake County Human Services, contributing expertise in organizational development and project evaluation. Notable past positions include Health and Disability Service Coordinator at the East Coast Migrant Head Start Project and Instructor for CPR and First Aid at the American Red Cross. As a former President of ALPES, Petra focused on improving health and quality of life for Latinos in North Carolina. Petra holds a BCS in Computer Science from Universidad Veracruzana, completed between 1984 and 1989.
