Trina Whitfield

Trina Whitfield is a seasoned professional in employee relations and human resources, currently serving as a Sr Employee Relations Consultant at Wake County since October 2024. Prior to this role, Trina held several positions within Cumberland County, NC, including Employee Relations Manager and Human Resources Representative from September 2019 to October 2024. Trina's experience also includes serving as the Human Resources Director in Hoke County from September 2017 to July 2019, and various roles such as Customer Service Technician and Secretary II at Fayetteville Technical Community College from April 2008 to September 2015. Early career experience includes working as a Personnel Technician for the City of Fayetteville from July 2000 to June 2004.
