Alicia Chen

Alicia Chen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both counseling and data science. Currently serving as a Counselor in the Burn/Trauma Department of Surgery at Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist, Alicia provides bedside counseling utilizing SBIRT and MI techniques. Previous roles include Software Engineer and Data Scientist at Conifer Technologies and SonoVoice, Inc., where Alicia contributed to mission-critical applications and voice training technology. Alicia's data science expertise is further demonstrated through positions at Ambit Inc., Evernorth Health Services, and VitalFlo, where Alicia developed predictive models and data pipelines.
