Barbara Evans

Barbara Evans has over 28 years of experience in communications and public relations, with a significant tenure at Wake Forest Baptist Health since July 1995, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Internal and Corporate Communications. Responsibilities include overseeing the monthly employee newsletter, managing intranet content, and leading an employee-focused video series. Prior experience includes a role as Associate Public Relations Manager at the Greater Johnstown Community YMCA, where Barbara coordinated financial reports and contributed as an aquatic instructor. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with a focus on Sports Management from Slippery Rock University.
