Stephanie Carter-Atkins

Stephanie Carter-Atkins, Ed.D., currently serves as the Executive Director and Interim Dean of Residential Life and Housing at Wake Forest University since February 2017. Previously, Stephanie held the position of Associate Director for Housing and Residence Life at the University of West Georgia from July 2012 to February 2017, and served as the Assistant Director for Residence Life at the University of South Carolina from May 2008 to July 2012. Earlier in Stephanie's career, a role as Residence Life Coordinator at the University of Florida was undertaken from 2006 to 2008. Academically, Stephanie holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Management from Capella University, a Master of Education in College Student Affairs Administration from The University of Georgia, and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Creative Writing from Florida State University.
