Mohamed El Soly has over 20 years of work experience. Mohamed began their career in 1998 as a Commissioning Engineer for Lucent Technologies, where they supervised the installation of 5ESS switches, tested and commissioned 5ESS switches, worked with the Management system (NFM, NTM) for Com-Center, installed, tested, and commissioned WLL (Wireless Local Loop) networks based on the DECT protocol, installed, tested, and commissioned MDL (Microwave Data Link) and Radio links used in Point to Multi Point system, installed, tested, and commissioned WLL Network Management System, and tested and commissioned transmission equipment based on SDH. In 2004, they joined the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) in Egypt as a unit manager, where they developed technical solutions, system designs, and architectures for enterprise networks, including LAN, WAN, IP telephony, security, WLAN, broadband wireless, and optical fiber systems based on customer needs, and handled project stakeholders including Governmental Executives, C-Level Executives, and Business Users. Mohamed then moved to Aljoaib Consulting Engineering in 2015, where they served as a Lead Telecom Engineer and was responsible for FEED, Detailed Design Engineering for Telecom system and ELV system, OSP and FTTH Design, and coordinating with other disciplines such as Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Architectural during design in multi-disciplinary projects. In 2020, they joined Asas Universe Limited Company as a Telecom Senior Engineer. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Pre-Sales & Bidding Manager at WakeCap.

Mohamed El Soly received their MBA from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport between 2005 and 2007. Mohamed also received their B.Sc. in Electrical engineering, majoring in Communications & Electronics from Helwan University Cairo between 1990 and 1995.
