Anthony Marano

Anthony Marano is an accomplished retail operations manager with over a decade of experience in the grocery industry, currently serving at Wakefern Food Corp. since March 2010. In this role, Anthony develops materials and tools to enhance coaching effectiveness and acts as a liaison for retail operations initiatives. Prior to this, Anthony held positions such as retail operations consultant, where insightful leadership was demonstrated through coordinating new store training, and front end scanning merchandiser, maximizing productivity through training and hiring strategies. Anthony began their career at ShopRite as a human resources manager, overseeing store hiring and scheduling. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Syracuse University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Stockton University.
