Jennifer Santiago, MBA, RIMS-CRMP, ARM, has extensive experience in risk management across various industries, currently serving as the Head of Risk Management at Wakefern Food Corp. since 2021. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Assistant Vice President & Chief Risk Officer at Penn State University from 2019 to 2021 and directed risk management and investigations at Novartis from 2011 to 2019.
