Victor Estrella

Victor Estrella has extensive experience in real estate market research and analysis, currently serving as the Manager of Real Estate Market Research & Analysis at Wakefern Food Corp. since February 2005. In this role, responsibilities include market optimization, cannibalization studies, and sales forecasting for the ShopRite and Price Rite divisions. Prior to Wakefern, Victor held the position of Senior Real Estate Research Analyst at Toys "R" Us, focusing on feasibility studies and market analysis across the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Earlier experience includes serving as the Utility Material Handling Supervisor at Ford Motor Company, managing daily operations for the New York Parts Distribution Center. Victor holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from Jacksonville University, a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Central del Ecuador, and several certificates in project management and real estate practices.
