Shivam Singh

Shivam Singh currently serves as the DGM for the Furniture Category at Wakefit since July 2020, in addition to functioning as an Entrepreneur In Residence. Prior to this role, Shivam was the Director at iService from July 2019 to June 2020, overseeing Business Development and Operations for both iService and GoTango in Bengaluru and Delhi, focusing on partnerships and revenue growth. Shivam co-founded GoTango.in, a consumer electronics repair startup, and established operations in Bangalore, successfully servicing over 10,000 B2C customers. Earlier experience includes roles at Samsung Electronics, where Shivam worked as a Senior Software Engineer on printers, and also as a Software Engineer in the Digital Printing Group. Shivam initiated the career at Hewlett-Packard Education Services as a Summer Trainee, developing backend systems for an airline reservation platform. Shivam holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Jamshedpur, obtained in 2014.
