Allison Chumbley Warner

Allison Chumbley Warner is a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist at WakeMed since July 2022, specializing in various pelvic floor diagnoses and recently trained to treat Ehlers Danlos and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders. Concurrently, Allison serves as a Staff Physical Therapist at Commonwealth Hand and Physical Therapy, addressing orthopedic, neurologic, and pelvic floor conditions. Prior experience includes a role as a Staff Physical Therapist at Baptist Health System KY & IN and participation in the Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at Western Kentucky University, where Allison served as Class Secretary. Allison began the academic journey with a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Neuroscience from Centre College, where involvement as an Undergraduate Research Assistant and Orientation Leader was notable.
