Kirk Sears

Kirk Sears, CPRP, CRM, MBA, currently serves as the Manager of Talent Acquisition in the Human Relations Division at WakeMed, leading a team of 14 recruitment professionals to address staffing needs across the enterprise since February 2018. With a strong background in healthcare recruitment, Kirk previously held multiple leadership positions, including Executive Director at Medical Solutions and President at KSA Search Partners and The Wilmington Group. Kirk is recognized for successfully building teams and enhancing cultural fit in recruitment processes, as well as for a commitment to diversity and inclusion through active participation in relevant committees and forums. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
