Lewis Overton

Lewis Overton is a specialized SkullBase and Head and Neck oncology surgeon currently serving as the Head and Neck oncology/Skullbase/ENT Surgeon at WakeMed since August 2019. Prior to this role, Overton completed a fellowship at Princess Alexandra Hospital from July 2018 to June 2019, focusing on SkullBase and Head and Neck oncology. Overton's medical training includes residency at the UNC Hospitals' Department of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery from June 2013 to June 2018 and education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where a Bachelor of Science in Biology was attained from 2005 to 2009, followed by a Doctor of Medicine from the Medical University of South Carolina from 2009 to 2013.
