Tom Cavender

Tom Cavender, PE, has extensive experience in facilities management and construction, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Trustees for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Durham & Wake since June 2017. In addition, Tom has held the position of Vice President of Facilities and Construction at WakeMed since 2003, and previously served as Vice President of Facilities Management at Memorial Medical Center from 1993 to 2002. Tom Cavender earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
