Neale Stephens started their career in 1993 as a Senior Stress Engineer at Rolls-Royce & Associates. Neale then joined Morson Projects in 1998 and held various roles including Senior Stress Analyst, Project Manager, and Project Manager for the Mechanical & Industrial Department. In 2020, Neale was promoted to Divisional Director for Civil Engineering and Built Environment at Waldeck, a division of Morson Engineering Group. In this role, they are responsible for project delivery and accountable for the success of projects across all disciplines and sectors.

Neale Stephens attended Boteler Grammar School in Warrington from 1973 to 1980. Neale then went on to study at the University of Nottingham from 1980 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
